Is BillForge accounting software?
No. BillForge is a simple document and PDF billing workspace.
Can I create GST invoices?
Yes. You can add GSTIN, HSN/SAC, CGST, SGST, IGST, and place of supply.
Do I need to login?
Yes, login is required to track PDF usage and packages.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. BillForge does not store card, UPI, or bank details.
Your account, package, usage, and saved billing data are handled through Supabase and browser storage.

BillForge may collect your name, email address, account details, package information, PDF usage count, and payment status when you create an account or choose a package.
We use your information to provide login, track PDF generation limits, manage packages, process payments, improve the website, and respond to support requests.
Payments are handled through Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, bank, or wallet details on this website.
User account and package data may be stored using Supabase. We take reasonable steps to protect user data, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
Each package includes a fixed number of PDF generations. Limits may reset or change only according to the package rules shown on the Pricing page.
Calculators provide simple estimates. Tax, GST, ROI, profit, and cash flow results should be checked with a qualified professional before business or legal decisions.

BillForge packages are digital services that unlock PDF generation limits. Once a package is activated and used, refunds may not be available.
If you are charged twice or payment succeeds but your package is not activated, contact us with your payment ID and account email.
Eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
